Seeing the need to help students attend high school, we created a scholarship program that is supported through the generosity of our parishioners. We are developing a MicroLoan program and offer an annual opportunity for parishioners to be missionaries. Our emphasis is on prayer, scripture, study, and sharing the experience of our faith. | Chapin Johnston | 636-278-3795 | | Church is open every Monday from 8:30 am until 8:00 pm for personal prayer, although the Blessed Sacrament is not exposed. Communal prayer for the protection and dignity of all human life, especially for the lives of unborn children, begins at 7:00 pm. On the First Friday and First Saturday of every month our parish comes together for 12 hours of continuous prayer in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament. Adoration begins with Evening Prayer at 7:00 pm from the Liturgy of the Hours concluding with Benediction. There are scheduled hours of prayer throughout the night or you may drop by whenever it may be convenient. Adoration ends with Morning Prayer at 7:30 am followed by Mass at 8:00 am.

We are very fortunate to have four different music groups involving many people who have committed their time and talent to this most important ministry. Ministering at the 9:00 AM Sunday Mass is our traditional organ choir. At the 10:30 AM Mass, we have a small ensemble that is comfortable with both traditional and contemporary music. Our 10:30 Gym Ensemble employs a predominately contemporary repertoire. And for those who are available during the week, we have the Resurrection Choir. This choir provides a valuable service to our fellow parishioners and their families at a difficult time by providing music at funeral liturgies. All choirs are always interested in and would welcome new members. If you are a talented instrumentalist (organist, pianist, flutist, violinist, guitarist, etc..) or cantor we welcome your talents in this capacity as well. Below is contact and rehearsal information for each of the choirs. The sandwiches are made at home and dropped off at the rectory, where they are picked up by one of the drivers from our parish and taken to the shelter. Shopping bags with lists of items that are needed are handed out to parishioners following Masses. Parishioners do the shopping and shop as Jesus would. The filled bags are collected and the items sorted and distributed. The program has offered Jesus shopping opportunities that include canned goods, paper products, baby and clothing items, and dry goods. Some of the recipients of our generous shoppers have been Birthright, St. Vincent de Paul, St. Charles Women's and Children's Crisis Centers, Sts.
