You are invited to participate in the ALL SAINTS ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION’S 7th and 8th Grade girls Volleyball Tournament.

Date:  September 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th  

Fees:  $85.00 payable with a copy of your official team roster complete with players’ name and date of birth, along with your entry form must be received promptly at the address below to confirm your reservation.   Only girls listed on your official CYA or CYC roster may participate.

Tournament will be played in a POOL PLAY format. There will be a minimum of three matches per team. Each match in Pool Play consists of two games to 21. The top two teams from each pool will advance to Sunday’s semi-finals with championship game to follow.  Your team may play more than one match per day. Tournament rules will be sent with schedules.  Every attempt to accommodate conflicts other than league volleyball games will be made, but not guaranteed especially for Sunday semi-finals and championship game!  Schedules will be made as soon as all conflicts are received.

8 teams per grade level accepted!  Our tournament fills quickly! Email reservations will be accepted as long as it includes registration form. Your team will be taken off tournament list if conflicts are not turned in on a timely manner once they have been requested. We do keep a waiting list of teams wanting to participate.

Awards:  Team Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd and Consolation winners.
                 Individual awards for 1st & 2nd place.
Admission:  Adults $1.25 per day
                    Children $ .50 per day
Concessions:  Refreshments will be available at concession stand.

All practice and game balls will be furnished.
