Parish Secretary Opening, Full time, hourly with benefits. Applicants must be experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, customer service and knowledge of general office skills and etiquette are required. The Parish Secretary welcomes visitors, new parishioners, business representatives, and refers them to the proper person. Performs receptionist and general secretarial functions: handles telephone calls and emails, takes messages and coordinates communications for funerals, schedules facilities, sorts and distributes mail, records parishioner registrations and maintains sacramental records, types or processes letters, reports and general clerical services with regard to a Catholic parish. Bookkeeper Opening

All Saints Parish is seeking a Bookkeeper.  This is a full time salaried position with benefits.

This person is responsible for executing day-to-day fiscal operational services for the parish and school.

Requires knowledge of basic accounting principles in a non-profit environment.  Prepares monthly and annual financial statements and handles all bookkeeping in QuickBooks.   Coordinates with leaders of the parish organizations and other staff in preparing and monitoring the budget.  The Bookkeeper is staff and support of the parish Finance Council.

Qualifications:

  • Two to five years experience in a non-profit environment.
  • Experience in general ledger, payroll processing, benefits administrational accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts and preparing financial reports and supporting ledgers and worksheets.
  • Proficient with Excel.
  • Knowledge of internal control procedures.

School After Care Worker

School After Care Worker Needed

All Saints School is looking for a dynamic, energetic After Care team member from 2:30 - 6:00 p.m Monday - Friday as needed on days when school is in session. Duties include setting up and serving snack, supervising play or craft time, providing quiet time for homework, and assisting with attendance or other duties as needed or requested by the director. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and have reliable transportation. This position will become open in January 2020. Experience working with children preferred.
