Fr. Don Wester is resuming his role as Spiritual Director for a pilgrimage to the imperial cities of Eastern Europe including the performance of the oldest Passion Play in the world. Not so long ago, Fr. Don experienced serious health issues and a pilgrimage seemed doubtful.
"I'm grateful for everyone's prayers and for all the expert medical help," says Fr. Don.
"My recovery is better than the doctors expected. I'm continuing the rehab and returning to full time ministry. This upcoming pilgrimage will be one of thanksgiving for everything God has done!"

Have you had an exceptional reason to be thankful? Fr. Don does. His thankfulness goes beyond the everyday gratefulness of God's hand in his life to his most recent healing and continuous physical recovery and return to full-time parish ministry. He's looking forward to saying mass everyday on the pilgrimage.
A lot didn't happen in 2020 and travel is coming back to Europe's cathedrals, castles, historic palaces and its spectacular scenery. Join Fr. Don in memorable places - Prague, the beautiful 1,000 year-old capital of the Czech Republic; Budapest, Hungary's enchanting capital on the Danube River; Vienna, Austria's elegant City with the old world ambiance and a rich musical heritage; and Munich, the capital of Bavaria. This pilgrimage will also take you for the day in Oberammergau, a town in the Bavarian Alps, Germany, to attend the performance of the oldest Passion Play in the world. The entire town is getting ready now to participate.
