All Saints Parish in St. Peters is seeking a Director of Administration.
This is a full time position with benefits in the 9th largest parish in the Archdiocese of St. Louis. The Director of Administration supports the Pastor’s responsibilities to the parish. This minister is a steward of the financial, personnel resources and facilities of the parish and provides consultation of the processes among the various groups and committees in the parish.
The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks well, possess a high level of confidentiality and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a fluent user of Microsoft Excel with experience using QuickBooks. Must have understanding of the Roman Catholic faith community, parish life and ministry. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting and previous experience in supervising employees.
